This privacy policy applies to the Assam HSLC EduCare – MCQ Test app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by StroZone (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Commercial educational service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application requires user login and signup to access its features. Currently supported methods include email login and phone number login. Google Sign-In may be added in future updates.
The Application offers paid mentorship-based subscriptions, through which approximately 90% of premium features are unlocked.
Payments are securely processed using Razorpay. The Service Provider does not store credit/debit card, UPI, or banking information. All payment-related data is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

The Application does not display advertisements and does not use any advertising networks.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
User data is stored on secure private servers. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Service Provider retains User Provided Data for as long as the user maintains an account and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
If a child under 13 is found to have provided personal information, it will be promptly deleted. Parents or guardians may contact the Service Provider at the email address below.
Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, in accordance with applicable laws including GDPR and the Indian IT Act.
